At Stone Haven Properties, we are committed to providing high-quality kitchen and bathroom remodeling services for residential and commercial clients. Because our projects involve custom materials, labor, and planning, our refund policy is outlined clearly below.

1. Project Deposits

A deposit is required to begin any remodeling project.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover:
Design and planning time
Securing labor
Ordering materials
Scheduling and project preparation

2. Custom Materials & Special Orders

Any custom materials, fixtures, or products ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:

Custom cabinetry
Countertops
Tiles
Hardware
Appliances
Made-to-order items

If a manufacturer offers a warranty or return option, we will assist you in making a claim when possible.

3. Service Fees & Labor Costs

Once work has started, labor fees for completed services are non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel the project before completion:
You will be billed for all labor performed up to the cancellation date
Costs of all purchased materials must be paid in full
4. Refunds Due to Our Error

If an error or defect is caused by our team, we will:
Repair or replace the affected area at no additional cost, OR
Issue a partial refund if a fix is not possible

Refunds are only provided after a full inspection and management approval.
